With over 20 years of experience in financial services, I've built a career helping business owners and families achieve multi-generational wealth through disciplined financial planning. I'm the founder of NW Advisory, where I specialize in behavioral wealth management, emphasizing that financial success is driven by long-term, consistent behavior rather than reacting to short-term market movements. Inspired by Nick Murray's philosophy, I guide clients through patient decision-making that aligns with their values and financial goals.

My career began in banking at U.S. Bank, where I gained a deep understanding of lending, credit management, and relationship-building. This foundational experience gave me valuable insight into how financial institutions operate and helped me develop a client-first approach that I carry with me today.

I then transitioned into the investment world as a Financial Advisor at Smith Barney, where I achieved President's Club status, a recognition awarded to top-performing advisors. During my time at Smith Barney, I honed my expertise in portfolio management, equity investing, and strategic financial planning. I focused on helping clients grow their wealth by emphasizing ownership over lending, reinforcing the importance of equity investing to build sustainable wealth over time.

Following my success at Smith Barney, I joined D.A. Davidson & Co. as a Financial Advisor, where I was honored to be part of the Century Club, recognizing outstanding performance and commitment to client service. At D.A. Davidson, I expanded my knowledge of tax-efficient strategies, insurance solutions, and business succession planning, enabling me to offer more comprehensive solutions to my clients.

In addition to my professional work, I have been deeply committed to giving back to the community. I was an active member of the 20-30 Club, a young professionals organization dedicated to serving local communities. During my time with the club, I held several leadership roles, including President, where I led initiatives that supported local charities and organized community events. I was honored to be recognized as Member of the Year for my dedication and commitment to the club's mission, as well as Project Manager of the Year for successfully overseeing high-impact community projects.

These experiences have shaped my perspective on leadership, service, and the importance of building relationships that extend beyond business. Today, at NW Advisory, I bring all of these experiences together to provide holistic financial planning that considers not only wealth accumulation but also legacy preservation, tax efficiency, and risk management.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, fishing, woodworking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. I try to approach life with grace and understanding, recognizing that everyone faces challenges, and I strive to live without judgment.
